Please use this Microsoft Word template (JIB.dotx) to format your manuscript.
Use page format A4 (210 mm x 297 mm) with upper, right and left margins 25 mm and lower margin 20 mm.
Use a normal, plain font (Times Roman, 12pt) for text.
Other style options:
In addition to the original document, tables should be also submitted preferably as ASCII text. Complex mathematical formulas will be included as image files and thus should be sent as bitmap.
References should be presented in the following style:
[1] G. Michal. Biochemical Pathways. Heidelberg: Spektrum Akademischer Verlag, 1999.
[2] J. D. Watson and F. H. C. Crick. Genetical Implications of the Structure of Deoxyribonucleid Acid. Nature, 171(4361):964-967, 1953.
Insertion of as many active links as reasonable into the manuscript is encouraged. Thus, the authors' names can be linked to their personal homepages, suppliers of equipment or chemicals to their Web sites, the WWW pages which offer services that may have been used.
Save your file as DOCX (MS Word), ready for conversion to PDF.
Submit all figures as separate files and integrate them within the text of the original document, too. The preferred figure formats are PNG or JPEG. They must be appropriately named. Figure legends should be placed at the location within the text where the corresponding figures should appear in the final layout.
All uploads are limited to 30 MB per file and to files with the following extensions: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .tex, .bbl, .bst, .png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .jpg, .jpeg, .eps, .ps, .zip.
